About Us
Andrews Harborside Restaurant, overlooking the footbridge in beautiful Boothbay Harbor. Andrews Harborside is chef-owned and operated, specializing in homemade soups, chowders, and desserts, as well as fresh seafood. On this site at different times, a stonecutting business and a shooting gallery were once located. Early in this century the building was moved here by barge from McKown Point, Boothbay Harbor. It has housed a restaurant since the 1930's, when it was known as Patton's, and later Bob White's. In 1963 it opened as the Blue ship, run by Mrs Kay Rowe and her mother, Mrs Bea Marr. In 1976 The Blue Ship was sold to Bill and Jeanne Boynton, who operated it through 1985. In 1986 it was acquired by Craig Andrews & family. 2008 marks Andrews Harborside's 23rd season.
Andrews Harborside is a full service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week and we are available to cater all your special occasions. Our menu offers fresh seafood, hand cut steaks, fresh crisp salads, pasta and homemade desserts...something for everyone. We are famous for our HUGE cinnamon buns and have won many awards for our seafood and clam chowders as well as our blueberry cobbler.
We and our staff hope you enjoy your meal. Feel free to give us suggestions-and please tell us if you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of your meal.
We are open Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day.
